BranchLab does not collect, access or process personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI). as part of our Services. Our Services use de-identified and/or aggregated datasets, which are not capable of identifying individuals or households. 

BranchLab does not

  • Track users across sites 
  • Use behavioral advertising 
  • Create profiles from user activity 
  • Use or sell any personal data 

2. Information That May Be Collected Automatically 

 BranchLab does not actively collect any personal or technical data when you access our Site or Services. 

However, certain non-identifiable technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type, device information, date/time of visit) may be passively collected by our web hosting provider or other infrastructure providers in the course of operating and securing the Site and Services. This data is used solely for performance, security, or troubleshooting purposes and is not accessed, stored, or used by BranchLab

Our website and services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and will delete any such data if identified.

The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the bottom of the page.
