Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers have the right to request that BranchLab not disclose or “sell” their personal information to a third party. The CCPA defines a “sale” broadly to include the transfer or sharing of personal information for anything of value, even if the information is not sold for monetary value. We do not sell your personal information for monetary value, but we do sometimes share it with third parties as part of the services we offer or in connection with a mutually beneficial business relationship.
