THE OPPORTUNITY

BranchLab is transforming healthcare advertising through a privacy-first, data-science-driven platform that redefines how audiences are created and activated. As a Programmatic Yield Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our curated programmatic environments deliver optimal results for demand-side platform (DSP) partners and media buyers. This role is ideal for an analytically minded, detail-oriented operator who is passionate about maximizing audience performance in a regulated ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage the daily operations of audience delivery across curated PMPs, ensuring scale, performance, and alignment with DSP needs.
  • Monitor and optimize yield across a portfolio of programmatic deals, leveraging insights from inventory, audience scores, win rates, and campaign pacing.
  • Partner across multiple internal and external teams to align audience supply with market demand.
  • Track audience health and performance metrics to inform ongoing curation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming deals in coordination with SSPs and DSPs, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of audience activation strategies, deal structures, and performance benchmarks.
  • Support the testing and rollout of new data applications, audience segments, or media integrations within the programmatic ecosystem.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, yield management, media buying, or a related operational analytics role.
  • Familiarity with SSPs, DSPs, and PMP deal structures.
  • Comfortable working with ad tech metrics such as eCPM, CTR, win rate, and fill rate.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigor.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare advertising, privacy regulations, or ID-less targeting strategies is a plus
