Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Lead for our Health Data Solutions. In this role, you will spearhead the product strategy and development of BranchLab’s privacy-forward, ID-less health audience solutions for TV advertisers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing and sales to ensure our products meet the highest standards of innovation, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for BranchLab’s health data solutions.
  • Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap to drive growth and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Product Development:

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and implement innovative, privacy-forward health data solutions.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure products meet market demands and user needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular product reviews and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of product features and functionality based on user feedback and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management in the health data or health ad tech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading product development and launches.
  • Strong understanding of privacy regulations and ID-less data solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
