As a member of our sales team, you’re at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with leading agencies. Your role is multifaceted, blending elements of strategy, relationship management, and results-driven action. 

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets and quotas. 
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to address their specific requirements and drive value. 
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the benefits of our products or services. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client pain points and offer strategic recommendations that align with their objectives. 
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals in a timely manner while maximizing revenue opportunities. Handle objections effectively and address any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and win-win outcomes. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts and providing ongoing support post-sale if needed. Proactively engage with clients to uncover additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and position our offerings effectively. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and revenue forecasts, using CRM software. Generate regular sales reports and metrics to track performance against targets and inform strategic decision-making. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. 
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development initiatives. Apply new knowledge and skills to enhance sales effectiveness and drive personal growth. 
  • Act as a strong advocate for clients within the organization, championing their needs and priorities to ensure their success and satisfaction. Gather feedback and insights to contribute to product enhancements and improvements.

  • Natural ability to build and nurture relationships, with established relationships in the healthcare advertising industry being a must. 
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, adept at analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing tailored sales strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in the healthcare advertising industry, with established relationships in the sector. 
  • Understanding of the TV advertising marketplace, including traditional linear TV, CTV, Addressable, and digital advertising. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare advertising terminology, market trends, competitors and regulations. 
  • Familiarity with advertising technology platforms and tools, such as programmatic advertising platforms, ad servers, and analytics tools. 
  • Experience with ad targeting strategies, including audience segmentation and emerging trends like AI-driven advertising solutions. 
  • Strong attention to detail, proven track record of successfully implementing advertising technology solutions to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets.
